East to West

From East to West, from Bedok to Boon Lay. All on one reliable double-decker bus. Yes! Prelims over! Got back results, OK, but I'm not going to say but if you want me to, request on the chat board. Then I went home to get ready for the trip. Handphone, EZ-link card, water bottle, bus guide, myself and the house keys. Walked to the bus stop and waited for 222 to come. Darn! took 20 long minutes for the bus to come, the waiting time should be like, 5 minutes? Another long wait at Bedok Interchange for Bus 30. Perhaps all the bus drivers were slacking, or just too tired. Another 20 long minutes. Sighs*.
Finally, the bus was here, after like 45 minutes, I could finally relax on the front left seat on the 2nd floor. Vroom! The bus went off. "Chugg Chugg Chugg", The sounds made from the humps on the bus bay.
Changi Road was one of the main stops, not that I went down but its just that many people got off and in. Geylang Road, the decorations were already on along the streets ate Geylang Serai Market for Hari Raya. The bus then made a U-turn and turned into Tg Katong Road, Old Airport Road, and Fort Road, where it went under the flyover and onto the ECP.
It was all non-stop on the expressway until Keppel Road Viaduct, where its main stop was, I think, VivoCity Shopping centre. Along the straight road, further down, was Pasir Panjang Road, under the West Coast H'way. That road was 1-laned and was beside the Pasir Panjang Hill. Kent Ridge Park, Haw Par Villa, Singapore Science Park, Clementi Woods Park. So many main stops.
Alas! Civilisation after the "Jln Ulu Sembawang" part! West Coast Road, Clementi West Housing Estate. The scenery was a quick change. From the pleasent housing estate to a smoking industrial estate. After making a loop around Teban Gardens, the bus continued to Penjuru Road, where there are lots of smoking factories as it is an industrial estate. By the way, Pandan R'voir was on the left and of West Coast Road actually.
Ok, back to it. Bus went on AYE and Jln Ahmad Ibrahim and exited at Corporation Road and went another loop around Corporation Drive and back to Corporation Road Until Jln Boon Lay where it stopped at the Bus Interchange. Yes! Over! Perhaps it was a little too long for me, 2 hrs on the bus hearing a stupid baby cry. He really pissed me off. Why can't his parents just let him have his way instead of going against it? Pathetic. Real pathetic.
Walked around at Jurong Point, harbouring thoughts of buying a new translator dictionary at the Besta shop. Over $200! I've only got $5, so Ijust spent it on Andersen Ice-Cream. Belgium Chocolate. Real nice. Then those people kept SMSing me, do you want to know who? No you don't. And I threw the ice-cream away after savoring the last 'bite'.
The last part of my journey was, taking the MRT home to Bedok.
