PSLE

Finally, its started.
Today was Mathematics, it was surprisingly hard. Hard as a...diamond? In that case, difficult. I actually told myself that I could solve every question. Well, that may have been possible if I had managed my time better, this only applies to the Section C questions. As usual, I did the paper from back to front, instead of the usual way. This was due to my belief that, if one does the paper back to front, starting with the difficult questions first, one will concentrate better on them.
But I was like, horror of horrors! Last 2 questions, dumbstruck-did not even write working except a few ratios, but that is only applicable for the last one. At least, the 5mark questions were easier and more straight forward than the 4mark ones, which is utterly amazing. 1/2 hour more=all questions solved(regardless of correct or wrong). Balloon question totally fired me up like a bullet at first. I knew I could solve it with those steps, but halfway through...Huh? I was completely puzzled and had no inkling what the next step was. Scrutinizing the question numerously did not increase a step of my working. So I just used my 'tikam power' mingled the numbers together and got a 3-digit number. Well, I did think of common multiple, but in a different way. Different, how can that be? Its just Different as in, 3.75 small balloons can be put in a 90cm rod. I don't think that way would get me anywhere so if I thought in the other way as in, 15 small and 8 big would fit in a 360cm rod. That was a big IF, but sadly, I didn't. Anonymous taught me.
Then there was that speed question. I thought of it in ANOTHER way that I somehow didn't really think about, which is impossible so---I dunno what I thought about. What puzzled me when I learnt the answer, is that I completely didn't think about that! 'Given your level of intelligence you should be able to solve it.' and 'You dunno? How can?' were the comments.

3 question skipped, speed, last question and second last. All of them I just drew crap.
Last question and balloon one wrong.
Second last I actually put 150 degrees as I thought it was an equilateral triangle. But soon after I saw a trapezium and found of that if it was a equilateral traingle, it wouldn't fit the propeties of a trapezium. So I tried using guess and check to find something that would fit the equilateral triangle and an isoceles one. But I forgot about another 90 degree angle LOL.
Computer question ans: 100min, most got 25min while Megan got 37.5 and over reacted.
